Led by our dedicated site medical directors and supported by a team of expert OB hospitalists, we deliver a higher level of specialized care to pregnant women and provide a true partnership to hospitals and health systems. Our site medical directors lead all operational and quality initiatives to improve the value of care. They also liaise between community clinicians and hospital leadership to align with each partner’s unique goals. We handle all of the day-to-day responsibilities of the OB hospitalist team, including building and supporting great clinical teams, developing and implementing best practices, and pursuing operational excellence to ensure a smoother, safer, more efficient continuum of care for patients.

Our individualized suite of solutions relieves hospital and health system leaders of operational oversight, enabling them to focus on larger initiatives and growth strategies.

Program Details

Models that include 24/7 in-house physician coverage for labor deck, OBED, private OBs and MFMs, as well as gynecological emergencies

Inpatient midwife, obstetrical backup and consultative services

Immediate availability of physicians to treat OB issues and emergent complications

Protocols to avoid unattended deliveries and provide backup to community OBs and midwives
